EP.36/ The Endometriosis Diet - Endometriosis and Sugar

Today I’m back talking about my experience of the endometriosis diet.

LISTEN NOW

The endometriosis diet is a loose term we now use for what is essentially an anti-inflammatory diet for endometriosis. In this episode, I’m focusing specifically on sugar. I talk about the reasons that sugar can make endometriosis symptoms worse and the research behind this, and how I’ve managed to reduce my endometriosis pain through changing my sugar intake.
