EP.63/ How To Get Your Life Back With Endometriosis

In this very special episode, I’m talking about how I got my life back and how you can get your life back with endometriosis.

LISTEN NOW

In fact, I’m reading the first three sections of my new ebook - This EndoLife, It Starts with Breakfast. Think of this episode as an audio book! It doesn’t matter if you plan to buy the ebook or not - I want everyone to be able to heat what I’ve written in these first several pages because I hope they inspire, motivate and empower you to begin getting your life back.

I know how hard it can be when you’re in endometriosis pain all the time, how hard it can be to feel tired every day, to be bloated constantly, to have multiple surgeries and try treatments that don’t seem to work.

These first chapters of my book are about the options and control you do have over endometriosis, how to begin creating a path of management, from balancing your hormones to reduce inflammation, to getting a physiotherapist. Whatever it is, this episode is about empowering you to start thinking outside of the box, to give you the courage to envision a different life with endometriosis, to dare to think it’s possible to reduce your symptoms.

This isn’t about a cure for endometriosis, but it’s about finding a way to live and thrive with endometriosis. A way that works for you and suits your lifestyle, and unique needs. I truly hope this episode helps you!

If you do happen to be interested in buying my first book, it’s out on November 18th to my lovely newsletter subscribers, and out on public sale November 20th. If you’d like to receive a special discount, subscribe to my newsletter to be notified of its release.
