EP.41/ What I Eat In a Day on The Endometriosis Diet

Okay, so I’ve done a good couple of episodes now on how I treat endometriosis naturally through the endometriosis diet and other holistic lifestyle choices.

LISTEN NOW

But instead of another episode on what I avoid, I thought I’d do one on what I DO eat and the foods that I love.

This episode is about the reality of the endometriosis diet and how I base my meals around nutrition for endometriosis and hormone balance. I’ve never loved my food more, love getting in the kitchen and LOVE discovering new things to eat - so this is by far not an episode on restriction. Instead, it’s about how to look after your body, feel better with endometriosis and enjoy your food.

I hope this episode brings you some clarification around eating for endo, and inspires you to try out some delicious ways to reduce your symptoms!

Please remember - that is not about judgement. It’s not about berating yourself for eating something or not eating something. It’s not about a one size fits all for managing endometriosis and what works for me may not work for you. I’ve recorded this episode to hopefully inspire and also provide an example of what managing endo through diet looks like on a daily basis, but that doesn’t mean that the way I eat is the way you should eat. This is what works for me, and I hope by sharing my story, you may be able to find your own path to reducing your symptoms too.
