EP.184/ Sarah's Story: From Full Body Pain and Fatigue to a Full Life with Energy

Okay, so today I am bringing you a special bonus episode.

LISTEN NOW

I woke up this morning to this incredible video from one of my previous Live and Thrive with Endo course students sharing her story.

Her transformation moved me so much and made me so happy that I wanted to put it out as a podcast episode for you today, especially as you all seem to really enjoy these real life stories.

I remember how Sarah was when she came to the course. She was very, very fatigued and really desperate for help. She had a lot going on with her symptoms and was really struggling to cope. Some of the severe symptoms she was suffering with were:

  • Chronic fatigue

  • PMDD

  • Chronic full body pain

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Excruciating period pain

  • Heavy menstrual bleeding

Within a matter of days, Sarah started to experience alleviation in these symptoms. Really! She is now in a place where she can live a full life, enjoying her time with loved ones and also taking care of the responsibilities she has in her life. Every single symptom has improved, and her body pain, PMDD and chronic fatigue have all reduced drastically - the change is just incredible!

Now just a word of warning, this audio is taken from a home video recording Sarah so kindly made and there are some issues with the sound quality. We tried to clean it up the best we could, but there wasn’t a huge amount that we could do to improve it, but I think it’s not too difficult to listen to!

Anyway, it’s worth persevering because Sarah’s story is just so wonderful and I am really, really grateful she shared her story with us. I hope you find this episode helpful and inspiring.

And just a head’s up, because we’ve got two episodes out this week and because I’ll be welcoming in my new students on Monday, there will be no episode next week, but I’m looking forward to being back with you the following week.

Oh and also, it’s worth noting that Sarah is referring a lot to my full Live and Thrive with Endo course, but this is a really helpful listen if you’re considering doing the Live and Thrive with Endo: The Foundations Course. 80% of the changes she made are from modules covered in the Foundation course, I think the only module she discusses that isn’t covered is the one on our detoxifications systems, but everything you learn and put into practice from The Foundations Course will actually be improving these anyway, which is why that module is kept for the advanced course. So, anyway, I just wanted to clarify that!

Finally, today is the last day that you can sign up for Live and Thrive with Endo: The Foundations, until next year. Enrolment closes at 10pm GMT tonight (Thursday 24th Feb 2022) and I’ve applied a special last day discount as well. The link to learn more or to sign up is in the show notes.

Now enough of me, and onto Sarah!
