This workshop will go through evidence based and real-life tested natural methods of reducing pain, in the moment it hits.
I’ll teach you how to create a go-to tool kit that you know actually works for you, that you can use whenever a pain flare kicks in, for quick relief.
Does this sound familiar?

01
You’re on copious amount of pain medication to get through your period or pain flares. Opioids, mefenamic acid, paracetamol, ibuprofen – you’ve tried them all, often mixing types (sometimes not so safely), and yet – they only take the edge off, if that. If they do work, you’re scared to come off them, but you don’t want to stay reliant on them either. Maybe you’re worried about the side effects like gut issues, perhaps you’re starting to notice a dependency, or maybe they make you too drowsy to function. You want some alternatives that can help you lower your intake of pain meds, and maybe even help you get off them entirely (yes, it’s possible).

Your hot water bottle is glued to your hip. It’s inconvenient to carry around at work, and you’re getting fed up with the questions from colleagues. Not only that, but it’s leaving burn scars because you have it so hot, pressed right up against your skin. You know it’s probably not helping your pain in the long-term, given that hot water bottle burns can actually worsen scar tissue and fascia distortion, but you just don’t know what else to do. A scalding hot water bottle is the only thing that brings you any relief at all.

You’re constantly cancelling on friends and family, or calling in sick on your period, around ovulation or whenever you get a pain flare. You just can’t get through the day when you have pain. It leaves you bed ridden, it’s difficult to even walk to the bathroom – and when you get there, going is excruciating. The waves of pain are sickening, sometimes they even cause vomiting and fainting. You’ve tried everything, and there’s not a pain killer or pain relief tool around that brings enough relief that you can function, even somewhat normally. You can’t keep living in fear of your next flare and you just want your life back.
When you think of endometriosis pain, you might think only of inflammation. But inflammation is not the only cause. Endo pain is often multi-faceted, there are usually several things contributing.
Pain can be triggered or worsened by upregulated pain signals, histamine levels, hormone levels, the muscles of the pelvis and the surrounding fascia, scar tissue and adhesions, and overall inflammation levels in the body, not just the pelvic cavity.
Plus, the key causes can vary depending on where you are in your cycle.
If your pain is worse around your period and ovulation, inflammatory chemicals like histamines and prostaglandins are probably big culprits, but adhesions may be playing a role too. If you get pain flares after sex or physical activity, it might be worth considering what’s happening to your pelvic floor and whether you have any scar tissue.
This masterclass will address all these areas and make it easy for you to understand which tools may best help you.
We’ll start off with NSAID alternatives, looking at natural supplements that have been shown in the research to be just as effective as some of the most commonly prescribed pain-relieving drugs.
We’ll then look at other research-backed supplements that have been shown to reduce pain flares, endo and period pain and lower levels of inflammatory chemicals. Each supplement comes with various benefits, and I’ll list them in a way that make it clear which ones will suit you the most, so you can create a tailored selection of go-to pain relievers.
You’ll learn how to take these supplements, when to take them and how much. This is important because when it comes to getting pain relief, dose matters, quality matters and timing matters.
We’ll also look at some options that can be applied to the skin directly – like magnesium and CBD… And we’ll talk about whether CBD products are helpful and why you may not have experienced relief with them in the past.
Next up we’ll cover essential oils. When it comes to lowering a pain flare, we want to tackle it both internally and externally. The supplements get to work on the inflammation levels on the inside, whilst tools like essential oils can reduce cramping when applied topically. We’re going to discuss the essential oils that actually work for pelvic pain – some just as much as tramadol. Yes, really!
We’ll chat about how to apply, the most effective way to apply (with or without massage?) and which days of the cycle to apply for the biggest impact.
We’ll then dive into body work. It’s likely that there’s some level of pelvic tension, nerve sensitivity, scar tissue and fascia distortion contributing to your pain. If you notice you have pain with bowel movements or urination, pain with sex, pain on walking or pain with physical activity, it’s worth really homing in on this – though I recommend it for everyone. It’s unlikely that any of us endo peeps have escaped structural problems entirely!
We’ll look at the research on massage for endo pain and how to use it for period pain, daily pelvic pain and even pain with IBS issues. Plus, you’ll get a few free tutorials you can get started with right away!
We’ll then explore stretches and movements designed to open up the pelvis, ease muscle tension and pain and calm the nervous system (which, calms pain signals).
Next we’ll move into tools and technology. When it comes to pain relief, there’s a whole new world emerging in terms of gadgets. We’re going to look at the offers on the market at present, and the types of technology they use – from TENS, to nanocapacitors tech to infrared waves.
I’ll list the pros and cons of each, the costs and the feedback from my community so you can decide which ones are worth trying and which ones fit your budget.
I’ll finish off with my tips and recommendations on how to use these all together, how to select the ones you actually need to create a tool-kit that when combined, works to lower your pain in the moment you need it. I’ll share some of my favourite brands and personal strategies, as well as stories from my clients’ real-life experiences.
You’ll leave with a handout of trusted tutorials, supplements and tools, plus all the research to deep dive if you so wish.
The aim of the game in the long-term is to identify the root causes of your pain and address them so that you don’t actually need a pain-relief tool kit, but that kind of change takes time and energy. So, in the meantime, this tool kit will bring you relief so that you can not only get started on making those longer-term changes, but you can live your life again.

Some of the incredible pain relief stories and feedback from my previous courses and coaching:
"My last period was easier than my fiancee's (who does not have endo and has fairly "normal" periods). Not like I feel good about anyone having period pain or symptoms, but it was like a twilight zone thing to be "Oh, I'll cook! You just rest. Have you taken any turmeric? I can make a tea that will help!" I'm used to 99.9% of the time ALWAYS having the 'worst' period so being in a position where I could caretake for someone else felt somewhat miraculous."
— JESS
"I just wanted to let you know that I’m on day 2 and have no pain! I haven’t even taken any pain killers, I can’t remember the last time this was the case!"
— YASMIN
"I want to also express to Jess my deepest gratitude for this course! I am SO very glad I took it and I know its content will serve me for a loooong time to come. Thank you for your great generosity in preparing it and for caring so much about us. Your deep care shows all over it."
— DIANA
"For the first time in forever, I wasn't vomiting or feeling nauseous on my period!"
—AAMIN
“I just wanted to personally say a HUGE thank you for all the support, education, guidance and kindness you offered me through our course. It was so insightful, enjoyable and encouraging and I am so excited to have confidence in myself know that I am now equipped with the tools and tips I need to manage my endo. Honestly, couldn't have done it without you. Thank you.”
—LAUREN
"This month my period was unrecognisable, I used paracetamol and ginger teas/epsom baths and cooling patches for the first 2 days. After that I almost forgot about it for the remaining 3 days! I used to be bed bound/off sick from work and dependent on codeine so this is amazing."
— RACHAEL
"I just wanted to say a big thank you for creating this course. I’ve honestly been blown away by the effort and detail you’ve poured into it. It’s an endo bible of hope and without a doubt the most value for money investment I’ve ever made!"
— Chloe
"I think it's just going to help me forever more. I just can't begin to thank you enough. I think for the first time since I've had my pain - and it kicked in when I was12 and I didn't know what it was - for the first time, I feel like I've got a handle on it."
— AAMINA
"I don't mean to sound cheesy but this was life-changing!"

These masterclasses are for everyone with endo!
I previously work at Centrepoint, which is a charity for homeless young people and sadly, there were a number who came to us due to their parents views on their sexuality or gender. As a result I've always been very mindful of my language and try to be as inclusive as I can with this.
I use 'people', 'patients' or 'warriors' when talking about our community. The only times when I use the word 'women' or 'woman' is in context of a study that was done on women or in a historical context, for example when talking about discrepancies between treatment of male and female pain in medical history (I'm more than aware it's even worse for transgender and gender nonconforming people). I've also interviewed a transman with endo on my podcast to raise awareness and when I consulted for endometriosis charities I spoke to them about making their language and media more inclusive.
Equally, as someone who has worked with endometriosis charities, I have personally observed the lack of support for people of coloir and Asian people with endometriosis, as well as the lack of representation in this space. I have deliberately designed my work, to offer both.
Having said all this, I mess up sometimes (mainly when I'm talking live and quickly!). I also don't know if this is an issue for you but my branding colours are a lot of what may be viewed as stereotypical 'female' colours. I actually vowed never to use pink and didn't choose these colours because I felt they represented womxn, but actually because they ended up being the colours I was using a lot in photos.
I can't guarantee that you won't see room for improvement but I am always conscious and aware of trying to make this space as inclusive and as welcoming as possible.
Here’s what people have to say if you’re not sure whether you should join
How can I share the examples above in so much detail?
Because that was me.
I have dragged myself, barely able to walk, through central London, going from pharmacy to pharmacy in an attempt to find the strongest pain killers possible just so I can get through the workday.
I have cried my way through my morning commute after a night of no sleep and intense agony.
I have had felt suicidal, anxious and unlike myself for two weeks, only for those feelings to lift as soon as my period began.
I am no longer that girl.
Endo took a lot away from me, but it also gave me a great gift. The struggles I faced awoke within me a passion.
Once I worked out how to manage and reduce my endo symptoms holistically, I was determined to empower others to do the same and embarked on a seven-year journey to educating myself with all the knowledge, experience and tools for doing just that. The result?
I am a certified Integrative Women’s Health Coach specialised in endometriosis.
I have studied women’s health coaching, chronic pelvic pain and endometriosis with Dr Jessica Drummond at The Integrative Women’s Health Institute.
I’ve studied gut health and small intestine bacterial overgrowth with leading SIBO doctors Dr. Allison Siebecker and Dr. Nirala Jacobi.
I have completed leading period expert Nicole Jardim's women’s hormonal health certification.
Since 2015 I have been researching and writing about endometriosis for my award-winning blog This EndoLife (now The Endo Belly Coach), and for my columns in Endometriosis News and Endometriosis Net.
I have interviewed world leading endometriosis specialists for my podcast, This EndoLife, which charted as one of the UK’s top 25 alternative health podcasts.
I worked for Endometriosis UK both in their communications team and running their advocacy programme.
I have led endometriosis support groups and am an active volunteer in the endo community.
After everything I’ve learnt, I’ve witnessed life-changing results with my clients and with myself.
I know this is possible for you too.
Consider for a moment what it would feel like to be on the other side of this masterclass. To no longer be confused and overwhelmed, to have answers and direction. To have alleviation of symptoms and a plan for continuing your healing. What would it mean for your life? Who would you be? What would you do?
I invite you to take the first step towards that vision.
Whatever you decide, I'm sending you healing energy and the very best wishes for your endo journey. If I can support you along the way, I'd be honoured.
So much love,
Jessica x
